I do appreciate your guys opinions though and please comment more. Also no I'm not using a 3rd party firmware it's not my style. By the way there's $40 routers out there that tons of people get and get by with. I also understand where I'm at too, this forum is dedicated to the hardcore basically if you don't get the best or near best it's crap, no offense. But I find spending $130 on a dam router for what I need it for seems like overkill. But I will tell you this though if the RT-N66U doesn't work out I'll probably get the Netgear R6400. I already feel that $100 is to much I don't want be spending more. If your wondering right now I have a crap Linksys E1000 which works fine, the reason I need to upgrade is because the range of the E1000 sucks streaming Netflix downstairs. I tried a Archer C5 and I didn't like it so I returned it, but I do think there was something wrong with it but still I didn't feel like exchanging it for another. But some will claim I need a router of AC1200 or better. Even if one day I get better internet speeds of say for example 50Mbps/5Mbps the router will still be able to handle those speeds with no problem. Your making my point I'll never saturate the capable speed of the RT-N66U that's what I'm trying to tell you.
